  • Written reports with your online assessments’ results, which we will discuss together at length
  • 12 weeks of email support and fine-tuning from me to ensure we understand everything about your unique nutritional needs
  • 2 Daily Food Diary records analysed by myself with recommendations returned each week
  • Your personal diet plan with carefully selected foods, drinks and snacks which are best for your training type, volume, length, intensity and frequency – as well as your fitness goals
  • An in-depth discussion about your performance markers and how to track them for the duration of our program
  • Specific actions steps to help enhance your athletic capacity and/or improve your body composition

Tips for your groceries shopping, food preparation, and meal planning either on a weekly or fortnightly  session with me either one on one, via Skype or over the phone each session lasting 30 minutes.

At the end of each session we go through your body composition metrics, a record of your progress, your goals for the following week or weeks next steps and action points.

What is this event “For the Love of Being Rich” about?

“Abundance Mindset Vision Coaching” is delivered in a 1.5 hour session.  We will draw out the gold that is in you as I partner with you through your current life, relationship and work transitions.   You will become your authentic amazing best so that you can go out and live your life purpose with passion and abundance. As we go through this process you will have some laughs and fun along the way and also create your own Vision Board.
